Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

•Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

•Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items:

•Perishable items such as farm-fresh produce, raw goat’s milk, honey, eggs, and other food products.

•Customized or personalized items, including handmade soap or lotion bars.

•Items marked as “final sale” on the product page.

Damaged or Defective Items:

•If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item.

•We will either replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return:

•Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

•Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refunds

Processing Refunds:

•Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

•Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs:

•Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Please follow the same process as described in the “Damaged or Defective Items” section to request an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds
