On November 4th, will be having our Flea to the Market event at Merry Meadows! We are open from 9am – 3pm for a day full of shopping, food, fun, family, friends, and community.
Join us on our second event of the 2023 year with a variety of local Texas and Oklahoma vendors and small businesses. We believe in supporting our local economy by shopping locally and getting to know your makers, crafters, collectors, and artists. Come out with your family, friends, and neighbors for a fun-filled weekend!
This is an outdoor event and we are subject to the weather. All of our events are held rain or shine, but we always hope for a sunny beautiful day! Merry Meadows provides a booth space only, all vendors are responsible for bringing their own booth set up including but not limited to: a canopy, tables and chairs and source of electricity (if needed).
On the day of the event we will have our gates open 2 hours before the event start time for vendors to arrive and set up. When you arrive please have your ticket with you. We will scan the QR code on your ticket and check you in. Please keep in mind that all vehicles must be off of the field before we open to the public. If you need more time to set up than the allotted 2 hours before opening, we do have early set up times available the day before an event.
Deposit & Vendor Rules
After being checked in you will need to sign our Event Rules and Regulations form. You will also need to submit a $25 reimbursable deposit in check or cash form at this time.
At the end of the event (or last day of an event for two day events), after vendors have packed up and are ready to leave, we will return your $25 reimbursable deposit to you. As long as all rules have been followed according to our Event Rules and Regulations.
