Reserve Your Booth Now!
Hello Vendors, thank you for applying to be a vendor with Merry Meadows! Now that you have been approved, it’s time to reserve your booth space for our next event!
Choose which booth size you will need and you can pay for it right here on our site. Be sure to do this as soon as you can! Our booths spaces are available on a first come first served basis.
During our events we provide multiple trash cans throughout the property to help keep our home clean. And if nature calls, don’t worry, we have a porta-potty on site too!
Booth Sizes

Our Standard Booth space is a square 12 foot by 12 foot space. This size can accommodate most vendors.

Our More Space Booth is a 12 foot by 24 foot space. This booth space is ideal for vendors who need a little more wiggle room than our standard booth size.

Our Most Space Booth is a 12 foot by 36 foot space. This space is ideal for vendors that want to bring in their trailer or need a lot of space to spread out.
Own a Food Truck?
We love having the delicious smells of fresh made food wafting through our farm! If you own a Food Truck, we want you to be at our next market. We have a flat rate of $50 for our Food Truck booth spaces. But hurry, our booths are reserved on a first come, first served basis. Just select “Food Truck Space” when selecting your booth size.
Because food trucks come in all shapes and sizes, please provide us with the dimensions of your truck or trailer including your vehicle height. We strive to have a seamless check-in process and this helps us figure out where everyone needs to be placed ahead of time.
Set Up & Arrival
Please arrive between 1 and 2 hours prior to the start of the event you are attending. When you arrive you will be checked-in and directed to your booth space.
Please have your Vendor Booth Ticket available when you arrive. You can print out your ticket ahead of time or just show us your ticket on your phone when you arrive. We will scan your ticket to check you in to the event and then you will be directed to your reserved booth space.


What to bring
Please bring all necessary items for your booth and display. For example: table, chairs, canopy or umbrellas, and water. We do not provide electricity, so please bring your own generator if power is needed.
We never know what the weather will be like here in Oklahoma! Please come prepared with anything you might need. Such as an umbrella, poncho, sunscreen, water, bug spray, etc.
